Christopher S. Limrick, 40, Punxsutawney, died at his residence in Gaskill Township.
He was born Dec. 16, 1969, in Punxsutawney, a son of Robert D. Limrick of Altoona and the late Judith A. (Firment) Limrick, who preceded him in death in 1998.
Mr. Limrick was a 1988 graduate of Punxsutawney Area High School and earned an associateâs degree in drafting design from Triangle Tech.
He was the former proprietor of The Right Sound in Punxsutawney.
W. Wayne Irwin, 84, Punxsutawney, departed this earth, Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2010, to be with his dearly departed wife, Betty Lou (Alabran) Irwin.
He was born June 9, 1926, in Rossmoyne, a son of the late Joseph W. and Zoe (Hawk) Irwin.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II assigned to Company C 17th Armored Infantry Battalion âHellcatsâ serving in the European Theater as a rifleman.
Before retiring, Mr. Irwin worked as a coal driller for Northern Cambria Fuel for more than 30 years.
Ralph Hughey, 75, Marion Center, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2010, at UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh.
He was born July 7, 1935, in Eldred Township, a son of the late Carmen âJackâ Hughey and Mary (Reed) Orcutt.
He was married to Rita (Uplinger) Hughey, who survives, of Marion Center.
Mr. Hughey was a former East Mahoning Township roadmaster for many years. He was a dozer operator in earlier years and worked at the Marion Center Speedway for more than 30 years. He enjoyed working in his vegetable garden and being outdoors, and was a pashionate animal lover, especially cats.
