â€¢ 10 a.m. to noon â€” Children's activities (ages 6-12) at the Lattimer House, sponsored by the Punxsutawney Historical & Genealogical Society;
â€¢ 11:30 a.m. to noon â€”Â M&M Magicians, sponsored by PNC Bank;
â€¢ Noon to 2 p.m. â€” Dennie Huber's Balloons;
â€¢ 2:30 to 3 p.m. â€”Â M&M Magicians;
â€¢ 3 to 5 p.m. â€”Â Dennie Huber's Balloons;
â€¢ 3:30 to 4 p.m. â€”Â M&M Magicians;
â€¢ 6 p.m. â€”Â Bingo at the Central Volunteer Fire Department;
â€¢ 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. â€” Cook & Belle (Country);
WINSLOW TOWNSHIP â€” Thursday afternoon, DuBois-based Pennsylvania State Police reported a fatal vehicle crash that had occurred at 2 a.m. Thursday on Sprague Road, one-half mile east of State Route 2031 in Winslow Township.

The Punxsutawney Eagle Riders No.1231 motorcycle club will be having its annual "Burrow Thunder" on Saturday at 9 a.m., to benefit the Special Olympics.
The event will be held at the Punxsy Eagles parking lot.
A bike show will be held from 9 to 11:30 a.m., with rides being offered at $15 for a rider and $10 for a passenger.
The event will be held in conjunction with the Groundhog Festival, and riders will travel 135 miles, making four stops along the way.
There will be a silent auction, a meal and a dance featuring the band Against the Grain.
