Groundhog Festival schedule for Tuesday, July 2
â€˘ 9:30 a.m. â€” Registration for the Teddy Bear Picnic (to be held inside on the second floor of the Eagles, across from Barclay Square).
Categories include Get Well Bear; Graduation Bear; Occupational Bear; All-American Bear; and My Bear and I (dressed alike);
â€˘ 10 a.m. â€” Teddy Bear Picnic begins (sponsored by Punxsutawney Career
â€˘ 10 a.m. to noon â€” Children's activities (ages 6 to 12) at the Lattimer
The Career Womenâ€™s Club recently named Diane Neal its 2012-13 Woman of the Year.

BROOKVILLE â€” Anyone who still needs to report flood damages can do so by calling 814-849-5052 or by stopping at the Jefferson County Department of Emergency Services, 560 Service Center Rd., first floor, Brookville, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Clean-up kits are still available in Reynoldsville at the fire hall.
State roads that are still closed are as follows:
PennDOT has released the latest information on road closures in Jefferson County:
Route 949 is closed in Heath Township at the intersection of Clear Creek State Park Road. The S.R. 949 detour will be S.R. 949 (Sigel) to S.R. 36 North (Clarington) to S.R. 899 North to Marienville, S.R. 66 North to S.R. 948 East (Chaffet) to S.R. 949 (Ridgeway).
A lane restriction is in place on Route 36 between Harriger Enterprise Road and River Road in Oliver Township. Two lanes are open.
Route 3003 (Mt. Pleasant Road) is closed between Route 28 and Sheep Farm Road in Clover Township.
