Police cite Ohio woman for abandoning dogs near Stump Creek

PUNXSUTAWNEY — Just a few weeks after 17 dogs — 12 Pomeranians, two Shih Tzus and a Pinscher, among others — were found abandoned in the woods in Stump Creek, police have cited a woman they believe committed the act.

According to WJAC-TV, Punxsutawney-based Pennsylvania State Police issued a non-traffic citation to Tiffany Eggleston, 37, of Columbus, Ohio.
