Road work will coincide with start of school

PUNXSUTAWNEY — Road construction throughout the Borough of Punxsutawney could create some delays when classes resume in the Punxsutawney Area School Board, according to District Transportation Director Cheryl Repik.

Repik told the school board Wednesday that she received an e-mail from Ben White, Punx-sutawney borough manager, about emergency repairs to a sanitary sewer line scheduled to begin Monday at the intersection of Pine and North Findley streets.
