LOS ANGELES â How did Punxsy native Braxton Amundson appear as a contestant on âThe Price is Right,â and did he win one of the major showcases on the show?
Well, Amundson believes his vast amounts of swag definitely helped, but due to stipulations by the program, he cannot say yes or no about winning any major showcases, but Punxsy viewers can find out when his episode airs at 11 a.m. Monday on WTAJ-TV (Comcast Channel 18).

Oct. 1, Foxâs sold âBig Daddy Pizzasâ for $9.11 in commemoration of the 9/11 attacks and first responders. Coupons were also sold for customers to purchase pizzas in the future at the $9.11 price.
Thursday, Foxâs Manager Bob Long presented a check for $33,128.13 to members of the Punxsutawney Fire Department at their department meeting.
