PUNXSUTAWNEY â€” Day 3 of the Punxsutawney "Light Up a Child's Life" campaign for Make-A-Wish started off with a bang on Wednesday, with Punxsutawney native and Cincinnati Reds catcher Devin Mesoraco and his wife helping out at Caterina's Cafe for the Make-A-Wish campaign.
In the afternoon, Make-A-Wish traveled to Mulberry Square, where the SS.C.D. Children's Choir sang beautiful Christmas carols for the residents.

James L. â€śSkipâ€ť Kunselman, 78, of Erie, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2014, at UPMC Hamot, following a brief illness.
He was born in Hamilton, Pa. on Oct. 28, 1936, a son of the late Oral and Mary Edna Kunselman.
Skip was employed at General Electric Co. until his retirement. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed the outdoors. He collected beach glass and made beach glass jewelry.
Elsie E. â€śBettyâ€ť Zents, 89, of Brookville, Pa., died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2014, at Brookside Senior Living, Brookville.
She was born Oct. 4, 1925, in Brookville, a daughter of the Clarence W. and Rose Winters Dinger.
On May 5, 1950, she married the late Francis E. Zents, in Brookville. He preceded her in death on Oct. 12, 2001.
For 41 years, she was co-owner and bookkeeper for Zents Brothers Construction in Brookville and also worked for several years at G.C. Murphy Company in Brookville.

Joe Lundy, 70, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Dec. 14, 2014, in Warren, with his family by his side.
He was born on July 15, 1944, in Punxsutawney, the son of Earl and Jane Lundy.
Joe graduated from Punxsutawney Area High School in 1962 and would go on to work at Van Huffel Tube and Vanex Tube. He retired in 2011.
In his free time, Joe enjoyed spending time with his family, cooking, walking his dog, Molly, and NASCAR. Joe was also a member of the Bazetta Cortland Optimist Club and served as governor and president of the organization.
PUNXSUTAWNEY â€” The Punxsutawney "Light Up a Child's Life" in Punxsutawney got off to a fast start Monday, with a little over $5,000 raised on the first day of broadcasting on WPXZ FM 104.1.
Lindsey Herzing, Make-A-Wish regional manager, said the first day was fabulous, kicked off at Ragley's True Value Hardware in Punxsutawney, and they are broadcasting all week from Miller Brothers Furniture from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Diane M. Tangren, 57, of Punxsutawney, passed away Sunday, Dec. 14, 2014, at Punxsutawney Area Hospital.
Miss Tangren was born Dec. 12, 1957, in Indiana, Pa., a daughter of the late H. Ray Tangren and Jean B. (Droney) Tangren of Punxsutawney, who survives.
She was a member of Ss. Cosmas & Damian Church.
Diane enjoyed visiting with her family, music, dance and working on puzzles.
