PUNXSUTAWNEY— The Punxsy Chucks traveled to Indiana Country Club for a nine-hole event on Wednesday.
Unfortunately for Punxsy and Indiana, Mother Nature didn't want to cooperate.
Indiana ended up winning the lightning-delayed and shortened match 147-132.
Since the Chucks were playing a Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) team in Indiana, it went by that conference's rules last night.
Both teams played six varsity golfers, but only scored five of them.
A special Sept. 11 tribute was held at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, No. 1231, Wednesday evening, with special guest speakers in attendance. Pictured are (front, from left) Pennsylvania State Rep.
