Members of the local country/rock-n-roll band Ridinâ€™ Shotgun performed for fans at Music in the Park on Thursday evening. Despite a rainshower that moved through the area right around 6:30 p.m., the band played by the mantra that â€śthe show must go on.â€ť And it did.

PUNXSUTAWNEY â€” If youâ€™re familiar with the town of Punxsutawney, Bob Long may be a familiar face.
You may recognize him as one of the pizza delivery drivers from Foxâ€™s Pizza, or perhaps as one of the managers.
He always greets the customers with a smile and is kind to everyone he meets.
PUNXSUTAWNEY â€” On Monday morning, the Punxsutawney Chucks get back to practice for the 2013 season. Each Friday, fans of all ages make the trip to Jack F. LaMarca Stadium to cheer on their team. Some of the younger fans dream of the day they can put on the uniform and officially call themselves a "Chuck."
While there are tackle football youth league programs in the area, another league offers an alternative style of play, while still teaching the fundamentals of the game.
