The Western PA CARES for Kids Child Advocacy Center recently welcomed Punxsutawney Area Hospital registered nurses Kim Fugate and Valerie Smith to its team.
Both women have joined the center and will be working with children who are victims of abuse.
One of their most recent projects is the donation tree, located at Marion Center Bank in Punxsutawney.
The donation tree makes known donations that are needed for the center, which include bandages, gauze, slippers, diapers, cotton balls, pacifiers and stuffed animals.
