YOUNG TOWNSHIP — Is there such a thing as a a free lunch? Maybe, maybe not; but how about free clothing?
The answer is a resounding yes!
Free Clothing Days are back this week at the First Church Of God in Punxsutawney.
Shelley Rowan, coordinator of Free Clothing Days, said this is the sixth year for the popular clothing giveaway.
"What has made this so successful is the high quality of the clothing that has been donated to the drive in the fall and spring over the years," Rowan said, adding that all of the clothing is gently worn, and there's no limit to what you may take home.
Earlier this year, St. Joseph's Polish Society held its third annual golf tournament at Hemlock View Golf Course.
