December 22, 2012

PUNXSUTAWNEY — We are "down to the wire" as far as Christmas shopping is concerned, while the band Down to the Wire is just getting wound up with the annual "Milk Can Jam" to be held at 5 p.m. Sunday at the Punxsutawney Eagles.

"We are celebrating 25 years of the classic Down to the Wire band consisting of Dom Catanzarito, bass; Joe Serian, lead vocals; Kevin Cielo, keyboard and vocals; and myself, guitars," said Matt Taladay, spokesperson for Down to the Wire.

Taladay said that Brian Rowan will be the drummer for the band on Sunday, but was not part of the original band.
