BROOKVILLE â€” Testimonies continued Wednesday in the trial of Christopher Thornhill, as law enforcement officers and medical personnel spoke their parts and ballistic evidence was brought forward for review.

A number of PAHS students have been hard at work on their senior projects, and tonight, the public can learn about the senior project process by attending Senior Graduation Project Presentation Night beginning at 5:45 p.m. in the PAHS cafeteria. Approximately 54 seniors are set to present. Senior Carley Smith raised $1,000 for the American Cancer Society by holding an acoustic music night Oct. 5 at Rumors Tavern. She is pictured (right) presenting her donation to Jessica Carbaugh, the local representative for the American Cancer Society.
Rosemarie McCully, 82, of Smicksburg, passed away, Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, at Communities of Indian Haven.
She was born in 1930 in Braddock, the daughter of Robert and Loretta Keibler Wallace.
Mrs. McCully was a homemaker and was a resident of North Mahoning Twp. for the past 46 years.
Anna Mae Hoefer, 73, of DuBois, formerly of Punxsutawney, died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, at Mulberry Square in Punxsutawney.
Mrs. Hoefer was born in June 1939 to parents Quay M. and Mary Agnes Shields of Covode.
Anna Mae married Louis Hoefer and co-owned Hoeferâ€™s Studio and Camera Shop in Punxsutawney until her husbandâ€™s death in December 1973.
Hazel M. Cielo, 94, Punxsutawney, died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012.
She was born Jan. 29, 1918, in Etna, Pa., a daughter of the late Salvadore and Amelia (Nero) Urso.
In August of 1934, she married Kelly R. Cielo, who preceded her in death on April 29, 2003.
They were the former owners of Kelly Cielo Ford Motor Sales Inc.
She enjoyed painting, knitting, crocheting, gardening, bead work, reading and cooking and baking.
She was a member of Saints Cosmas and Damian Roman Catholic Church.
Carol "Gagy" L. Dale, 85, of Elgin, SC, died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, at Palmetto Heath Baptist Hospital.
She was born on Dec. 15, 1926, in DuBois, a daughter of the late Harold and Louise (English) Roper.
She was a lifetime member of the United Methodist Church.
Ronald Roy Brewer, 71, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, of a heart attack in Brooksville, Florida.
Ron and his wife, Mary, have spent the winter months over the past 5 years at the Cloverleaf Campground in Brooksville.
Ron would leave Pennsylvania at first sign of snow and would not appear back home until well after Punxsutawney Phil declared the winter was over.
Ron and Mary, natives of Punxsutawney, were high school sweethearts â€” dating since they were 14 years old. They were married for 52 enchanting years and raised their three sons in Spencerport, NY.
