PUNXSUTAWNEY â After an undefeated regular season and a league championship, a number of Punxsy football players are bringing home Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference hardware.

Abby Jo took second in the 10-and-11-year-old girlsâ division, while Laney took third in the eight-and-nine-year-old girlsâ division. Blaiseâs placement in the eight-and-nine-year-old boysâ division was unavailable.
Noribel Z. Geesey, 96, formerly of Hollidaysburg, died Thursday, Nov. 18, 2010, at The Winds at Mattern Orchard.
She was born May 10, 1914, in Big Run, a daughter of the late David A. and Mae (Bush) Zufall.
July 17, 1937, she married Scott S. Geesey, who preceded her in death in 1977.
