STARKVILLE, Miss. – With the 2014 SEC Championship on the horizon Thursday night, the 17th-ranked Mississippi State Bulldogs kept busy on the recruiting trail as well, signing standouts Julian Cash and Mate Cutura, head coach Per Nilsson announced Wednesday.

STARKVILLE, Miss. – Post-season play is in full swing, as the 17th-ranked Mississippi State Bulldogs (18-8, 7-5 Southeastern Conference) open the 2014 SEC Championship against the No. 55 LSU Tigers (13-13, 2-10 SEC) on Thursday, April 17, at 6 p.m. CT, at Vanderbilt's Currey Tennis Center.

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Despite putting forth a tremendous effort that came down to a third set on court six, the Mississippi State women's tennis team fell 4-3 to No. 53 LSU in the opening round of the 2014 SEC Championship on Wednesday. The Bulldogs end the season at 9-15 overall and 1-12 in the SEC.
